WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTSIDE?

yes, the ceremony will be outside with an indoor option in case of inclement weather

WHAT TIME SHOULD GUESTS PLAN TO ARRIVE?

please arrive no earlier than 5 o'clock in the evening - 30 minutes prior to the ceremony

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

formal attire, please!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND?

we kindly request no children in attendance outside of immediate family

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?

there will be plenty of parking available in a lot adjacent to the venue. there is a drop off area available at the front of the venue for those who may need assistance.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

we kindly ask that there are no phones & cameras during our wedding ceremony. we will have a moment at the end of the ceremony for you to pull out your phones and snap some pictures!

WHAT AIRLINES FLY TO COLUMBUS?

we have two airports! our largest is John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) and the other option is Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK). most major airlines fly in and out of CMH (Delta, American, United, Southwest, Frontier, Spirit, Breeze) and Allegiant only goes through LCK.

DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR IF I AM FLYING IN?

not necessarily, we do plan to have transportation to and from the wedding venue so it is your personal preference. the hotel is approximately a 10 minute drive from CMH, a 20 minute drive from LCK, and a 20 minute drive from the venue. Columbus also has plenty of ride-share options available.

IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?

yes, please see the "Accommodations" section for the link to book your room. the block starts on Friday August 28th and goes through Monday August 31st.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE PARKING?

yes, there is valet available for $39 per night, per vehicle and self-parking options are available around the hotel property.
